INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Due to high international shipping and tracking costs and time consuming customs protocols, a $60US service fee will be added for all orders shipping outside of the United States. For international orders, we must use U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail tracked shipping, and this requires extra cost and time.
